Instead of the traditional back-and-forth cutting motion, the curved stainless steel blade uses a simple rocking action to cut food. This requires less pressure and wrist movement, helping make mealtimes easier for people with reduced strength or mobility in their hands, wrists or arms.

A loop at the end of the handle allows the knife to be used with our Cutlery Strap, providing additional support for users who have difficulty maintaining their grip.
